Our Team
Helena Phillibert, Principal
Prior to opening her practice, Helena was the Director of Legal Services at the Center for Safety & Change where she specialized in representing victims and survivors of domestic violence. Prior to joining the Center for Safety & Change, Helena was a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County where she represented hundreds of children in various family court matters. Helena's breadth of experience provides a unique approach to family law litigation that prioritizes the needs of her clients and the well-being of their families. Immediately upon graduating law school Helena was an associate at the law firm of Fried Frank Harris Shriver and Jacobson, LLP and then went on to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Sam D. Walker in the Westchester County Supreme Court. Following her clerkship, she joined the firm of Hogan Lovells US LLP. Helena received her B.A. in Politics from Princeton University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law
